Job Overview: 
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, project management, and customer relationship management. This role involves meeting with clients, developing project proposals, closing sales, and overseeing project execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Meet with prospective clients to assess fencing needs and provide tailored solutions. 

Prepare and present project proposals, estimates, and contracts. 

Close sales and ensure smooth project handoff to the installation team.  Ability to support installation teams. 

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. 

Manage project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations. 

Maintain accurate records of sales and project status in the CRM system. 

Qualifications: 

Proven sales experience in the construction or fencing industry (preferred). 

Strong project management and organizational skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Proficiency in using CRM and project management tools a bonus.
