About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator to join our client's team in Kansas City, MO. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and submitting precise estimates for a variety of projects, including highway interchanges, drainage systems, bridges, and other structures. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage multiple projects with minimal oversight and bring expertise in paving as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit detailed and accurate estimates for assigned projects.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.


• Focus on estimating for highway interchanges, drainage systems, bridges, and structures.


• Utilize advanced estimating software to ensure precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in heavy civil estimating.


• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software.


• Strong work ethic with excellent money management and communication skills.


• Experience in paving is a plus.
