Hiring for a CAD/BIM Manager, responsible for overseeing multiple trades including plumbing, piping, and sheet metal. The CAD/BIM Manager is responsible for managing a team of BIM Coordinators in the creation of construction designs. The CAD/BIM Manager serves as the primary point of contact with the CAD team, Project Management and Upper Management, and will report directly to the VP of Operations and offer valuable insight and contributions to the everyday operations of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the commercial mechanical and plumbing CAD industry.


• Proficiency with computer programs, especially Navisworks, AutoCad Fabrication, and Revit, required.


• Experience overseeing projects and up to 20 employees required.
